Aaron Kerrigan founded Kerrigan Roofing and Restoration in 2008 after earning a Bachelor of Consumer Science in Sales & Marketing from The Ohio State University. His hands-on experience working for roofing companies during college gave him the knowledge and confidence to start his own business. Inspired by the encouragement of his late father, Steve Kerrigan, Aaron built the company on a foundation of education, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. Today, he is dedicated to helping homeowners make informed roofing decisions while providing industry-leading materials, warranties, and value.

I grew up in Kettering, OH and attended Kettering Fairmont High school.I went on to get a four degree in Middle Childhood Education at Wright State University. My wife and I started dating our senior year of high school and have been married for almost six years. We have a daughter, Payton, who just turned one in February.
My role at Kerrigan Roofing and Restoration is to schedule our roof builds, order materials, and communicate with our customers as to when everything will be happening. I’m a firm believer that you can never over-communicate.
When I’m not at work, I love hanging out with my wife and daughter. I also enjoy watching sports, playing golf and fishing.

It was a very difficult and time consuming process to get our insurance claim approved for a full roof replacement and involved dozens of phone calls to my insurance company by Brian and me. Brian was a tireless advocate to help get approval. In order for our insurance company to take us seriously, we had to file a complaint with the Ohio Dept of Insurance in August 2025. Months later our insurance company awarded us 2 smaller payments, but we kept on them. Only later in December 2025 did they finally agree to a full roof replacement. It was like pulling teeth!!
This spring (April 2026) after the weather warmed up, Kerrigan Roofing replaced the roof on our home along with a smaller storage building all in one day. Kerrigan did quality work and we are happy with the way the project turned out. It was worth the wait!! We highly recommend Kerrigan roofing.
Crew was awesome . They did complete tear off wood and all . Completed in one day !
